After yesterday's total body strength it felt really good. I had a nice 'glow' and got in a good stretch at the end. I'm going to do the extra credit (which is a shorter stretch) after I've done my work for the day on my dissertation.
I'm really enjoying Blend so far and it's so nice to follow a programme. I was thinking of doing Abs 2 next because I really need to strengthen my core. I have a relatively weak core and I would love to make it stronger. Has anyone got any results they can share from doing Abs 2 that had a similar goal?
