This may be a stupid question but what is the difference between burning fat and losing weight? I just purchased Sweat but was thinking that I'd like to lose a little bit of weight so when I looked at the programs again I noticed that the two are called out separately in different programs. I always assumed they were one and the same. If you are losing weight then you must be burning fat. Is this not the case?
