Ouch my legs are on fire!!!! It was such a good workout this morning though. This week as I've got more free time I will be going back to working out times a week which is very exciting and I'm looking forward to it. I've also got a very fun week planned ahead of me as I am only doing workouts that follow the bored easily format and I've got a mix of traditional strength training, kickboxing, pilates, yoga and cardio just to make this week as diverse as possible.
I decided that due to my inability of not being able to do a full workout dedicated to my core, I would combine it with my upper body sessions instead which is what I always used to do and it worked well for me. The day that I would have used to do a core workout has now been replaced for a yoga session so I can work on some flexibility which I have kind of ignored recently.
