Hi everyone! I‘m new in this community, but I’m following FB in yt for quiet some time now.
However, I wanted to ask if it’s okay to incorporate protein shakes/supplements in my diet?
My current goal is to lose weight/fats and as per following this community, I’ve learned that it’s essential to build muscle for sustainability in the ‘fitness’ journey.
Would adding those in my diet affect my current goal?
And I know K and D is really advising turning into healthier food options, but there’s a shortage of finding source of protein in our area due to the ongoing COVID outbreak, hence me, looking for an alternative.
