So I finally figured out what y'all were referring to, and apparently FB plus members have a monthly challenge called "May/etc. Challenge"?
That's awesome! Anywho, as full disclaimer, I unfortunately do not have super awesome plus status, but this challenge is for anyone and everyone who is down to gain some more consistency and accountability in their lives via exercise 💪👍🤗
My win for today: discovering I may now walk 3 mph (instead of 2-2.5 mph) due to my gimpy ankle! YAY! Also, I'm still vacillating between Strong and Low Impact, but hey...let's decide tomorrow! #procrastination #Ihaveahardtimechoosing #nojudgementzone
