May 3 Workout Complete

I only did 2 rounds of each pair instead of 3 though 😬. I've never done this workout before and love it! In the future if I want to do a little upper body movement inbetween work but don't have time/energy to do the whole workout, I suppose I could do the warmup, 2-3 moves from this workout, then cool down.

However, this made me miss gym with the wall mirrors and all the weights! Now i'm using water bottles (filled with water; unfortunately there are no pebbles/small stones around, and obviously it's not practical to go to the park to get some 😕) and resistance bands. My bands are the short ones, not like the one Kelli used in some workouts. A bit awkward and take some getting used to (and some googling) but managed to make it work for triceps, lateral & ventral raise, and bentover row.

Today's workout music is The Sound Defects - The Iron Horse https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gXrS6eKfjk The songs in this album (mostly instrumental) made me feel like I were in some Tarantino-esque noir film! (and for some reason this character had to do bent over rows, bicep curls etc the whole film...)
