Well, this routine has short, intense bursts of ten different bodyweight exercises, all in 16 minutes. But don’t let the time fool you, this one is tough, and since all of the moves require bodyweight only, it’s a great at-home routine.
And we left the warm up and cooldown off of this one, so a great way to use it (if you dare!) is as an add-on to a strength routine.
