Kelli exceptional downdog split - how to achieve it?
Hey Guys,
I look for advice. I am quite flexible to do side raise or other range of motion driven exercizes, but here with the split raise I am capable of rising my leg in 90-100 degrees and not like Kelli, who is practically doing full split :O .
Is there any workout here that would improve my range of motion for these type of movement? I cannot spot one...
