In the past two months I have been doing very few workouts with FitnessBlender and I feel so bad about it. During April, I started to gradually add small bits of physical activities throughout my days–some channels I used are Yoga with Adriene, Body Project (also a husband-wife team and the guy is also called Daniel, how uncanny), and VanessaB Health.
I miss working out with K&D though!! And the FB community, of course.
So anyway... today I had a green day!! Just 15 minutes, but I'm super glad I did!
Slowly tried to get back on track with new isolation life.

EDIT: Forgot to add that for all its shortcomings (for me personally), the best part of working out at home is being able to BLAST MY OWN MUSIC while working out! Well, at a reasonable volume that's tolerable to my neighbors. 😬
I decided I'll listen to one single artist during a workout session (mostly to make selection easier), and I'll post the artist I listen to on each day's check in. Today I listened to "IDLES live at Le Bataclan in Paris, Dec 2018".
I love them not only for the music, but for the unabashed positive message/attitude in their lyrics and the way they communicate with their listeners.
