So I did the Physical Fitness Test today before starting a mix of FB Strong and Sweat (1-week alternating). After finishing I was digging through some things and found my PFT results from 5 months ago and the improvement I've made is great to see.
Between the two I did 3 weeks of FB Bodyweight, Completed FB Bodyweight and FB LI2, with a month of choosing my own workouts in-between each.
I didn't do the run for either so the results are comparable. I went from 9 (bad form) half pushups to 1 full and 12 half (good form) pushups. Increased the weight I used for squats from 4kg to 8kg and did 8 more. I also added 5 seconds on my plank and 2 cm on my sit and reach.
Overall a great result for 5 months of mostly consistent FB workouts. Now I just need to eat better and I'll see even more results :D
