Corona virus has totally messed up my schedule this month, but I have to say there is definitely a positive. I have a full calendar of FB workouts. I've worked out here before but then stopped because I started coming home so tired from the office. Well, working from home has changed all that. I finish the day and I have an urge to work out. I never thought I'd say that. I hope I can keep up with working out when I go back to work because I do miss the office very much.
Additionally, the discounted programs convinced me to go ahead and buy LI R2. I completed that yesterday and went and bought the other three workout programs on sale. I'm looking forward to those program completes.
I did the first FB Bodyweight workout today, but I think I'll start again on Sunday so that I can start the week right. I might want some strength training, so when the week is over I'll see if I should mix it up with Strong. That's my plan right now. I have until Sunday to decide because I am a little bit afraid of HIIT. Any opinions on what the smartest of the three programs to do next would be? I still feel a little bit like a beginner.
