I completed my workout for yesterday. It was a Core workout with both Kellie and Daniel and my abs were feeling it through the whole workout. After the workout I think I cleaned the Alpaca pen, had my breakfast, worked on Art 1 and then I did the violin, and I also did my Health too but not until the afternoon. I completed my workout for today and it was a Upper Body and HIIT workout with Daniel and it was a intense workout and he was not kidding. Because my arms were shaking halfway through the workout, and I increased my weights again for the exercises that I was doing for the Strength. This morning I cleaned the Alpaca pen after I had my breakfast and then I worked on Art 1 for the rest of the morning. This afternoon I had a I.E.P. meeting for today that was for me and I didn't really want to attend to it but I did and it went pretty good. Because it went a lot better than I expected that it would have went before and both days were very busy for me, but now I am all caught up in my classes so far with almost all of my work.
