We cannot stress this enough—yes! As long as the training style is smart and varied, a 30 minute at-home workout is absolutely enough.

If you give it your all for 30 minutes of solid strength or high intensity interval training (HIIT), for example, you’ll whip yourself into shape relatively quickly. These training types really pack a punch.
