I am currently rebooting myself. I have started FB30 and completed day 3 this morning. I like to exercise however I LOVE FOOD!! Pizza is my weakness.
I know counting calories is "frowned upon" in the FB world. However, currently I am "tracking" what I eat so that I can get a handle on what is going into my body. I know that I am a mindless/stress eater and I feel if I take the time to write down my food either before I eat it or while I am eating it that might help. I am not aiming for a specific calorie intake.
