If I hadn't had found you in April 2018....
• I would not still be smashing out workouts in my 7th month of pregnancy and feeling strong and healthy.
• I wouldn't love working out as much as I do.
• I wouldn't have recovered from major surgery in 2018&19 as well as I did through understanding it's form over speed and that patience is everything.
• I wouldn't understand that it's OKAY to modify and it's OKAY to have rest days and it's OKAY not to feel super strong every workout.
I can't wait to teach this baby girl how to feel this good and balanced, but to have it be her norm from an early age (unlike me where I was on and off for years).
