I've been doing a lot of 10-15 min workouts 1-3 times a day while in lockdown. My theory is that even though I feel like I do very little other than my workouts with my desk job, there's still a lot of walking, going up and down stairs etc. that I don't think about when I'm in the office, so I'm trying to replace that. I'm loving the shorter videos and although it's a bit longer I came across Daniel's high/low video a couple of days back which was really fun:
Curiosity almost killed the cat. Only dripping in sweat and my body and brain not knowing what hit it, in the last minute of the workout did I see the 4/5 rating. It's definitely accurate!
This format is so much fun. Do you know if there are any more high/low FB videos?
Intriguing...
