Hi FB Family!
I’ve been doing some of the workout programs on and off for a year and have felt a lot better about myself but not quite there yet!
I’m one of those people that are classified as skinny fat! So I am skinny with clothes on but have a lack of muscle and toned body .
What are some recommend programs that I could do to tone up?
Also I’m not sure on if I should start off with heavy weight or light weight?
I’m also terrible at cooking but willing to improve so if anyone has some suggestions on meals that help in toning that would be awesome
