I know that we always should listen to our body :) But I'm just wondering if some of you also change the rest days not 2 in a row but one after 2 days and another one after the rest of 3 workings out days?
I find that I (guess) I'm not fit enough yet and I get really sore after my workouts so I tent to take on rest in the middle of the week to do the rest of workouts properly and without any modifications!
