Hi. I'm 41 years old and currently do workouts around 30-45 minutes a day. I've been using other programs but want to start with FB. I used their free workouts in the past. I have some limitations - I have mild scoliosis (not bad enough for a brace though) and some workouts, especially ab workouts, I can't do. Which program would you suggest? I'm probably intermediate when it comes to fitness, if that helps.
