I just finished #FBLowImpact and I'm excited to report that I am seeing some improvement. It was my third attempt with the program, the last two times, I abandoned it mid-way.
I have never ever been the type of person that enjoys working out, but for these past 4 weeks, I was able to keep my motivation going and complete the program. Woo! Maybe because without having to commute to work I have extra time, or maybe because I'm sitting home all day... 🤔
Now, I can do a handful of full push-ups that I couldn't do a single one before, a longer plank, more squats in a row, and I even lost a couple lbs!
Thanks to Daniel and Kelli but also you all! I don't post often but when I do, you are always encouraging! 🙂
Which program do you recommend next? I'd like to tone up but only have 5lb dumbbells. I looked into powerblocks and besides the cost they seem to be sold out. What weights do you use?
