Hi all, I have been on FB for severe years and love it! But I have decided it is time to tackle a weak area and need some help.
Side planks-I can’t do them or hip raises. I know my core is weak, but it is ridiculous.
I have tried to do them each time they come up in videos, but it is demoralizing to not be able to even get an inch of two off the floor.
So-here is my question:
Have any of you struggles with weak obliques? How did you strengthen them (beside planks and dips ; )
