As you know, there has been an uptick in the number of people turning to online, at-home fitness over the past couple of months, with the need for social distancing, working and studying from home, and the closure of gyms and fitness studios.
With that has come an increase in new users and in media attention we’ve received, which is always welcome. As you probably know, Fitness Blender doesn’t advertise, do any paid marketing, have sponsorship deals, do paid product endorsements, or pay for media of any kind, so “organic” media and personal referrals are very important. We have always believed that our content speaks for itself, but we absolutely would not be where we are today without all of you, and the way you help us spread the word about Fitness Blender.
Here’s an article that came out last month in Business Insider. They were very interested in what Fitness Blender was doing differently because of the surge in usage of online fitness content. True to form, “Daniel and Kelli said there isn't a need for them to change much of their production strategy to cater to this increased demand. ‘We're always locked into what we can do to make fitness as accessible to everyone as we can,’ Daniel told Business Insider.”
We’re locked in because of you, Fitness Blender family. You’ve heard us say, “we’re always listening” quite often, and it’s true. Having such an engaged, supportive, creative Community is something that we don’t just take for granted. You help us come up with ideas for new workouts, new programs, new website features, etc. Fitness Blender wouldn’t be what it is today without you!
We say it often, but perhaps not enough—thank you, Fitness Blender family! Thank you.
P.S. Oh, and some of you have shared other media mentions we've had recently. Thanks! Keep them coming.
