Good morning Blenders! For those of you who might be new here, the “ghost” check-in simply means “guest host”...ghost. Nothing ghoulish going on.
Unfortunately I don’t have a nature picture for you because it’s been SO windy and nasty outside there hasn’t been much tromping around in nature. BUT! I’ve got a picture of my new air fryer with the sweet potato fries I made last night (a bit burned, but still good!). I went back and forth about getting an air fryer, but my friend raves and raves about hers, so I went for it. I think I’m going to love it! Which brings me to a random question: What “toy” do you have (kitchen, household, yard, fitness related, etc.) that you just love?
No fancy transition here: what’s the plan for moving our bodies today? Sweat-fest or rest-fest? After yesterday’s lower body workout with the Plus challenge in which I was sure Kelli was out to get me and which left my legs useless, I am resting! I thought I was going to die! But it hurt so good!
And what about fuel for our bodies? What’s on the menu? I love to cook, and I love to eat, so tickle my tastebuds with what you’re eating today! I think dinner will be a chicken Tuscan pasta and some salad!
Well that’s it from me! I’m off to have another cup of coffee and sit on the couch a bit more. I truly hope this day treats you well!
