I´ve been fighting a personality disorder for quite some time and I´ve been working out with you for six months now. And I am VERY happy! I followed your exercises on youtube and I finally decided to join FB.
I´ve been wondering if slimming braces work on getting the perfect waist. Does it help or should i get away from those?
