Be Open to the Messages Your Body Sends You

If you’re new to Fitness Blender (or online exercise, in general), one thing to keep in mind is that you always need to listen to your body.

When exercising, it's very important to listen to the signals that your body sends about what is happening. These signals will tell you if you are pushing yourself hard enough or if you are holding back.
