Unmotivated

Lately I've been feeling strange. I've been constantly hungry, no matter how much water and healthy food i consume. I've been lacking energy to do cardio and HIIT. I'm halfway through FB Fit and I know that I've made progress (Lost 2cm all around), but I can't see it on my pictures. I rambling, but I don't know. It stresses me out.

Have you all dealt with these kind of thoughts and how did you overcome them? Thanks xx
