Optional Workout Question

Hi,

I am doing Sweat and Day 6 is flexibility/stretching. it come after a HIIT day, so they say not to do any HIIT or Strength. OK, I get that and welcome the stretching. Day 7 is an "optional workout" that you choose form either their fitness library, or something completely different. So, what do you guys do with that time? Day Off? HIIT? Yoga? Strength? I am definitely trying to lose weight and am trying to find the balance between pushing and challenging yourself or burning out.
