Hello everyone, I'm currently doing the 8-week fat loss program which requires dumbbells. I do have two sets of dumbbells, 5 lb and 7 lb. They are fine most of the time, but I do notice on strength training days when Kelli and Daniel use heavier dumbbells and I use my lighter dumbbells, I don't feel like I'm working as hard as I would like. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to maximize the burn? (more reps maybe?)
