Non-scale victory

I'm a student and spend all of my time at my computer and I was telling my mum the other day about how 'I used to get soreness/pain in my upper back, shoulders and neck, but I don't really get it anymore'.

I didn't really think much about it until afterwards when I thought the reason I don't get it anymore is probably down to FB Workouts! A combination of strength training, stretching and better posture has clearly made a difference - it's the only thing I think it can be. So thank you Kelli and Daniel! :D

Today I finished day 4 of Blend which was upper body and surprisingly hard! The warmth I felt all over during arm circles (and by that I mean the burn!) -such a humbling exercise! It's so nice to be following a programme again and gives me some much needed structure at the moment while on lockdown.
