Hey everyone and how are you doing on this Earth Day? The earth is pretty awesome and so can be the people living on it, like you fine folk here at the community! And what better way to celebrate Earth Day (I'm sure there are plenty of better ways than what I'm offering, lol) than to share a picture from the earth to your eyes. Although, technically everything comes from the earth so this is just another check-in pic. A wildflower Wednesday as this flower is a Pale Meadow Beauty. Pale, I don't know why, but beauty for sure! ..I've never seen one before, so it was lovely to capture it and naturally share with you all here. Thanks, Earth, for being you. 🌏🌍🌎
Okay, let's turn the focus on the workouts and rest happening. Got something tough, maybe some light movements going on, or maybe sore somewhere from a workout yesterday? Upper body is pretty darn sore for me, but that just means I'm ready for core and HIIT today brought to you by day 3 from the FB Plus April Challenge. I always love a good HIIT and core day, so I'm excited about this day too. But as always, whatever you are doing, make it all work for you. And have fun moving around, in or outside to feel good inside and out.
And then have fun filling up before or after workouts, or anytime really is a fine time for food. Yes, the food. What are we eating today? Invite us to what nutritious and delicious things are showing up on the menu. I'll be playing around with leftovers or maybe a sandwich. I'm feeling sandwichy (that's totally a feeling) so it might just be that.
Alright, I hope you guys have all the good day vibes going on your way, but if not, because there is always an "if not" do what you can with what you have. If not today, there are plenty more days that will have good in them. I think. My advice is shaky at best, but to try and always compare life with exercise, shaky arms and legs are a good thing right?^^
