Earth Day is April 22nd! (Thank you for the reminder Tabitha!)
I thought it would be fun to celebrate by putting together a day featuring videos of Kelli or Daniel outside in all of Mother Natureโs glory.

You can do these all together or just pick one to sub or add in to your existing day.
If you choose to do them all, itโs a 44-minute total body, bodyweight day designed to work a bit of everything while hopefully not taxing you enough to interfere with whatever you have going on program-wise the next day.
I find if I open a tab for each video and pause after the intro, a day like this runs a tad more streamlined moving video to video. I love starting/pausing them all at once! ๐คฃ So. many. voices!
All the FB mantras apply. Make this day work for you. Listen to your body. Adjust the moves as needed, add weight if you want, modify to low impact as needed, make substitutions, go at your own pace etc... You know the drill!
You can use this post to celebrate your #FBEarthDayCelebrationComplete (thatโs a finger full) or not - completely up to you.
If you do check-in, I thought it would be fun to post a pic celebrating Mother Earth. It doesnโt have to be anything fancy - just something that speaks to you. This too is optional.
