Just completed Day 1 of Bodyweight Round 2. I have the program scheduled currently to run M-Sat through May 15th. Currently I'm debating if I should post daily or weekly updates. Personally leaning towards weekly to not clog up the feed, but I'll take my cue from the rest of the group!
Looking ahead this week I'm definitely appreciating that there's no additional weights needed. That was a struggle for me in LI Round 2. Even though weights were optional, I could only get so far with my own body resistance/bands/tubes. At least the weather has been nice enough to go outside and supplement with a walk/run (with social distancing). Fingers crossed it stays that way. ☀
