I am looking to get one of the workout programs but I am not sure which one to choose. I have done several of the Fitness Blender workouts and don't seem to have trouble with any of them. I have been working out fairly consistently for the past 15 years so I am not new to the fitness world. I am just looking to change up my morning routing. I have about 30 minutes in the AM.
I am 42 and trying to tone and lose some weight (about 10 lbs). Legs to not seem to maintain muscle tone like they used to!
