Sweat or Bodyweight

I'm finishing Strong this week and went ahead and picked up Bodyweight and Sweat. I really enjoyed the strength training in Strong and would like to continue to build upon that, so with that in mind which would you suggest Sweat or Bodyweight? I'm leaning more towards Sweat as I would think it would have more strength in it, but more than once I have been fooled by the name :)
