Weekly goals april 20th-26th

Another monday. Time to evaluate our goals and set new ones/adjust the previous ones. I wanted to snack less by asking myself 'would I eat an apple?'. I did pretty well and have averted mindless snacking at least 4 times this week!

My other goal was to try and find a way to work standing up. I did. It felt so much better to move around a bit.

Week 5 of no school and the first week of ny sons holiday. He has 2 weeks of, so no schoolwork to keep him busy. Guess my goal this week is to make it through 🤪

Besides that, I want to go for at least 1 longer walk this week (at least 5k) and practice mindful eating.
