Help - motivation hurdle!

Hi all

Do you have any advice or tips for maintaining workout motivation? I am trying to improve my fitness and health by following the Fitness Blender Programs. Every time I set out, I only last for a maximum of one month and then my motivation disappears for three months, then I try again but always fail.

I have started again today but I really don’t want to fail this time. How can I get past the one month hurdle?!
