I'm New, Any Suggestions??

I'm new, I just got a FB account and I'm not sure weather I should get premium. Is it worth it???

Also, anyone have any suggestions as to where to start my training. Right now I'm doing level 4 and 5 workouts, and he 5 I just did I only completed about 80% of. Anyone have good training plans for strangthening?? (not losing weight, gaining)
