so I really enjoy strength training and already purchased FB Strong. However, due to the quarantine and being at home all the time, I feel like my body needs more cardio than usual. So I think I will start Strong after the quarantine.
In the meantime, I have been doing my own thing. I've been doing one day per week with only cardio/HIIT, two only strength days and two days of cardio/HIIT plus strength.
Now I would like to purchase a program with a similar structure. Would FB Fit R2 be a good idea?
My average workout time is 50 minutes, so I don't mind long workouts. Also, I prefer an upper body/ lower body split rather than full body strength trainings.
Thank you everonye for this supportive community and thanks so much to K&D! ❤Their workouts are keeping me sane, mentally and physically.
