It's hard because I know I can lift really heavy for my deadlifts, but my back gives out so I always stick with 12-15 lbs per hand for them and it's been this way for 2 months. I do them with good form like a constant straight back and etc. I lift perfectly fine with other lower body exercises, but it's deadlifts that give my back pain.
Any tips on how to do deadlifts without any lower back pain?
