So although I haven´t checked in here last week I did all my scheduled workouts besides the stretch. Decided to sit on my balcony and read a book instead. It´s going really well so far with this program and I´m super happy that there´s more strength training now in week 3. I can definitely feel it :)
Already thinking about what comes after LI....
I got Burn R1, Blend, Strong, Sweat, Abs2 and both bodyweight only.
What do you guys think?
Or should I go a step further and join FB Plus and do the April challenge? Not sure if that would be too difficult though...
