(Goal setting) turn negative into positive

Hi fam 🤗

Just wanted to share a personal goal I decided to set for myself.

I am going to take out sugar and chips like snacks out of my food intake.

I have decided this after feeling a bit blah about myself for like an hour.

After feeling that I decided to take action that I can take

And that I’ll be proud of myself for.

I believe in me
