Since my son can't go to school, fitness, drumpractice and boyscouts, I decided I should make him a workout schedule. I've planned 3 days a week for him: tuesday, thursday and saturday.
I am doing a flex and booty combo this month (taking 6 weeks to complete it). There are some workouts with extra credit, so I will be doing those with him in the afternoon for his workout. We are doing upper body on tuesday, lower body on thursday and restorative / total body on saturday.
I've planned the entire month and hope we will stick to it.
