Hey all, hope you're all staying healthy, safe, and mostly inside :)
Being in partial lockdown and not being able to go to work right now, I feel like I am not getting enough active lifestyle movement that I otherwise would. I'm currently doing FB Strong and have taken to adding short 10-15mins cardio based workouts to the scheduled days.
I still feel like that I would benefit from a 6th day of working out (and the 7th being the recovery stretch), but I don't want to upset the schedule too much and don't want to overwork my body (just because my mind needs 7 days of activity, doesn't mean that I should, right?)
...so I was curious if you have any favorite recovery workouts that are more than stretching, a bit of a heartrate jump but not entirely focused on body parts and setting new records...
or any other suggestions for the 6th day of FB Strong that is not taking a walk/bike ride :P
