Hi! So I've been making progress in the FB Blend program, it's going well. After hearing a new 1000 calorie workout is coming out today, I've been thinking I want to incorporate one into my program somehow.
What advice can you give on when to do a 1k workout? Should I try to replace a scheduled day with a 1000 calorie workout, or save it til the end of the week, or something else I'm not thinking of? I don't mind moving the days of the program around if needed, but want to make sure I'm doing it in a way that makes sense and won't cause me to overstrain anything.
