I just finished 8 weeks* of alternating the Mass and Strong programs! (*It took me slightly longer than 8 weeks because I injured myself mountain biking part-way through hahah)
This is a super massive achievement for me as I am notoriously bad at finishing programs. And now I've finished two!
I am so proud of my growing muscles. Not only have I increased the amount of weight I lift, I can now do jumping lunges! The only downside is that my clothes don't fit properly anymore haha
While I loooooove strength training, I do want a more balanced approach that incorporates more cardio, so next up is Low Impact round 2.
