Considering FB XT, but I loathe HIIT

Hi Blenders!

I'm currently about halfway through FB Strong and I'm really enjoying it (love lifting, hate HIIT), but I'm already looking ahead to what I want to do next. My karate dojo is closed for the foreseeable future, and after several weeks without training I'm itching to start incorporating more structured karate work into my routine.

45 minutes, 5-6 days a week is about my limit in terms of time commitment, so what I think would be about perfect is to do 3 days of lifting a week and 2-3 days of working on my karate.

I'm considering FB XT, but I really hate HIIT. I don't mind a little bit (like 5-10 minutes a week), but I'm definitely looking for something that's more heavily focussed on lifting, with limited cardio.

ETA: Is there a lot of HIIT in XT? If it's just a short session once a week I'd be fine, but if it's every session or for a substantial time that's too much (I have exercise-induced asthma and physically cannot maintain HIIT for an extended period of time).

I suppose my other option would be to do something like Booty/Flex/Abs and add on a day of shorter workouts for the other muscle groups or something.
