Feeling quite chuffed today! just completed week 3 of FB 30 round 1. Not missed a workout yet! (Mind you I am not working and under lock down so I'm not sure what excuse I could use!)
I picked this programme as my motivation has been patchy and I really wanted to avoid crash and burn scenario where I go all out, burn out and quit! (and eat bad, bad things!)
So far it seems to be doing the trick. Not been super great clean eating wise but I can feel a few changes and at least I am moving!
