I did the 30 minute core strength workout with Daniel today as part of the March FB Plus challenge (love that workout!) and Daniel talks a lot about when to inhale and exhale. When he reminds us I can do it, but I struggle to keep breathing in that pattern myself (I don't generally hold my breath though). Is this something that's really important to work on?
