🌹SIF🌸 Accountability Group -- Week 4: Monday, March 23

Good morning, SIF fam!

Well, I completely dropped the ball on Saturday's post as I'm sure some of you might have noticed 🙈 But! Moving forward...

Here we are with Week 4! Almost at our halfway mark already?!?!

I just wanna know... How is everyone doing? Are you staying motivated in your workouts through this world-wide quarantine?

What a strange time, but I am ever so thankful for Kelli and Daniel and for their amazing workouts. This is truly their hour and right now, since home workouts are all the rage. Good thing they were ahead of the game 😂

I am keeping busy by working out, eating as healthy as possible, boosting my immune system in any way I can, and loving on my family.

Feel free to share your workout calenders from last week. I will admit, I did neither the workout or recovery workout on Friday and Saturday. I needed a couple days to let my body rest and recoup emotionally at that time. But I smashed out my workout today and I'm so ready to continue that trend this week!
