Our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed the entire nation of India to participate in a Janta (People) Curfew today. Everybody was to stay indoors all day and practice social distancing with utmost sincerity. At 5 PM sharp everybody came out on their balconies and clapped in support of the people working tirelessly against COVID 19; be it medical personnel, security personnel, grocery shop owners, administrators, street cleaners etc. If these people weren't doing what they're doing, God knows how much more difficult it would have been for all of us. My housekeeper is going to be on leave for few days and as a mark of care for her and her family, I'm going to pay her full wages for the month.
My best wishes to the Fitness Blender family. Clapping and shell sound are mere physical gestures; I know we're in this together from the bottom of our hearts.
